Book an appointment.
Book a visit directly from your account, in three steps.
New booking
From My Account, tap “Book” (or go to Bookings → New Booking). Choose the service — hairdressing or tanning — then the date and time that suit you, and confirm the request.
Your request reaches the salon as “pending”. When Adina or Larisa confirms it, you get the answer on WhatsApp — if the time isn't free, the salon may suggest another time, which you can accept right from your phone.

Bookings
The Bookings page has two tabs — Upcoming and History. For upcoming bookings (pending or confirmed), you can tap X to cancel if your plans change.
For a more detailed history — total visits, amount spent, your favorite service, and the reviews you've left — you'll find the Session History page in the menu in the top right corner.

Your tanning package
The Tanning page in your account shows, on a circular dial, how many minutes are left in your package and your session history (date, duration, cabin).
Tanning-minute packages never expire — your minutes stay available in your account until you've used them all, with no time pressure.
Your profile.
Your details and preferences for future bookings.
Profile
From the Profile page you can update your name and set your preferences: your preferred stylist, your usual service (preselected automatically for your next booking), and personal notes — allergies or preferences the salon team should know about. Your email and phone number cannot be changed from the account.
Referral code.
Recommend MegaSun to a friend, and you both win.
Your unique code
On your account's main page you'll find the “Referral code” card — tap the copy icon and send the code via WhatsApp or SMS. Your friend applies it on their first booking, and you both get a 15% discount. Full details on the Referral Program page.
Notifications.
Never miss a reminder or an offer again.
Turn on notifications
The first time you open your account's main page, the app asks permission to send notifications. Tap “Activate” to get reminders for bookings and exclusive promotions right on your phone.
Save the app to your phone.
MegaSun installs like a real app — full screen, faster, with an icon on your home screen and reminders that reach you directly. Takes 15 seconds.
An install pop-up doesn't appear automatically — on iPhone especially, the browser never offers this on its own. Follow the steps below, just once.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open megasunconcept.ro in Safari (not Chrome).
- Tap the Share button — the square with the arrow pointing up, in the bottom bar.
- Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
- Tap “Add” in the top right.
Android (Chrome)
- Open megasunconcept.ro in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right corner.
- Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
- Confirm with “Install”.
New account.
You only need an account to book online and see your history.
Create your account
Go to the sign-up page, enter your email, a password of at least 8 characters, and, optionally, your phone number. You're logged in automatically and land right in My Account, ready to make your first booking.
