1. Identifying the service provider

Services featured on this website are provided by SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL, a Romanian legal entity with its registered office in Timișoara, Str. Coriolan Brediceanu Nr. 2, Timiș County, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J35/3332/2018, tax ID RO39927445.

The website megasunconcept.ro is operated by SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL as a provider of beauty services. By accessing the website and using the online booking services, the user fully accepts the provisions of these terms and conditions.

2. Services offered

SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL, through the MegaSun Beauty House salon, offers the following categories of services:

• Hairdressing — cutting, coloring, balayage, hair treatments;
• Beauty treatments — facial and body treatments;
• Tanning — sunbed tanning with MEGASUN equipment (Germany);
• Nails — manicure and pedicure;
• Massage — relaxation and therapeutic massage;
• Makeup — professional makeup on request.

The salon also sells:

• Gift cards — vouchers with a stated value or a specified service, redeemable in the salon;
• Prepaid subscriptions/packages — tanning minutes or service packages with a fixed validity period;
• Loyalty program — points earned on every service purchased, later convertible into discounts.

The descriptions and photos of services published on the website are for information only. Actual results may vary depending on each client's individual characteristics.

3. Online bookings — formation of the contract

3.1. Bookings are made through the online scheduling system available on megasunconcept.ro or by contacting us directly using the details above.

3.2. A booking is considered confirmed once the client receives written confirmation (email or SMS) from the salon. Submitting the booking form does not by itself form a contract.

3.3. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information (name, phone number, requested service, preferred date and time). SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

3.4. By making a booking, the client confirms having read and understood these terms and conditions and the cancellation policy set out in Article 7.

3.5. The service contract is considered concluded once the salon confirms the booking and is performed on the agreed date and time, at the salon's premises at Str. Coriolan Brediceanu Nr. 2, Timișoara.

4. Prices

4.1. Prices shown on the website are indicative and stated in lei (RON), including VAT where applicable.

4.2. SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. The final price is the one communicated to the client when the booking is confirmed or upon arrival at the salon.

4.3. The final price of a service may differ from the indicative price published on the website, depending on the complexity of the work, hair length or structure, the products used, or other details agreed with the client during consultation.

5. Payment methods

5.1. Services performed in the salon can be paid for in cash, by bank card at the POS terminal, or by other methods available and announced at reception.

5.2. Gift cards and prepaid subscriptions can be purchased online or directly at the salon.

5.3. At the client's request, SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL issues an invoice for services provided, in accordance with applicable Romanian tax law.

5.4. Online payments made through the website are processed by a third-party payment provider. SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL does not store clients' card details.

6. Right of withdrawal (Emergency Ordinance 34/2014)

6.1. Distance contracts are governed by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with traders.

6.2. Services rendered (hairdressing, cosmetics, tanning, nails, massage, make-up): under Article 16(a) of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for service contracts once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the contract is fully performed.

6.3. Unused gift cards: the consumer has a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in accordance with Article 9 of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. Withdrawal is exercised by sending written notice to contact@megasunconcept.ro, stating the purchase date and the card value.

6.4. Prepaid subscriptions: the provisions of Article 8 below on cancellations and proportional refunds apply.

7. Cancellation and no-show policy

7.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment incur no penalty. Any advance payment is refunded in full, or the appointment is rescheduled at the client's request.

7.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked time incur a charge equal to 50% of the value of the booked service. Any advance payment is applied toward this charge, and any remaining balance is refunded; where there is no advance payment, the charge is invoiced separately.

7.3. Failing to show up for an appointment without prior notice (no-show) incurs a penalty of 100% of the value of the booked service. SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL may condition acceptance of future bookings on payment of the outstanding penalty.

7.4. The charges in points 7.2 and 7.3 reflect the salon's loss from holding an appointment slot that could otherwise have gone to another client.

7.5. The salon may cancel or reschedule a booking in cases of force majeure, staff unavailability, or other objective circumstances, notifying the client in good time. In this case, the client bears no penalty.

8. Gift cards and prepaid subscriptions

8.1. Gift cards are either named or bearer cards, as applicable, and have a validity period set at purchase. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

8.2. Tanning-minute packages (80, 150, and 200 minutes) are issued to a named holder, non-transferable, and never expire. Prepaid subscriptions for other services are issued to a named holder, non-transferable, and may have a limited validity period stated at purchase; services unused when that period expires are neither refunded nor transferred.

8.3. Tanning-minute packages that haven't been fully used can be refunded in proportion to the unused portion, at the holder's request, less a 10% administrative fee deducted from the refunded amount. For prepaid subscriptions to other services with a limited validity period, the refund request must be submitted before expiry; expired subscriptions are not refunded.

9. Loyalty program

9.1. The MegaSun loyalty program lets clients earn points on every service purchased in the salon or online, in accordance with the program rules published on the website.

9.2. Points earned can be used as a discount on future services, according to the conversion value shown in the account. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.3. SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL reserves the right to change the loyalty program rules, notifying members by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, images, logo, design, structure — is the property of SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL and is protected under Romanian copyright law. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of the website without the prior written consent of SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL is prohibited.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL makes reasonable efforts to keep the information published on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times.

11.2. SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from accessing or using the website, from the temporary unavailability of the online booking services, or from technical errors beyond its control.

12. Protection of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at megasunconcept.ro/confidentialitate, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

13. Dispute resolution

13.1. Any dispute between the client and SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL will first be resolved amicably. Complaints should be sent to contact@megasunconcept.ro, and the salon undertakes to respond within 30 calendar days.

13.2. Consumers have the right to contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — www.anpc.ro — or to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) platform, available at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

13.3. Absent an amicable settlement, disputes are subject to the competent Romanian courts, in accordance with applicable Romanian law.

14. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law, including but not limited to: the Civil Code, Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, and applicable GDPR rules.

15. Changes to these terms and conditions

SC MEGASUNCONCEPT SRL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the website or online booking services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
